Removed player immune effect to Unrelenting Force's knockdown and Ice Form's paralysis; you will only be immune to these effects when you pass level 40 (with The Force Within meditation perk you are immune to Unrelenting Force's both the ragdoll effect and damage).

Changed The Fire Within power from Fear to Frenzy for Fire Breath.
Reduced the buffs for Felldir, Gormlaith, Hakon, Durnehviir, Odahviing, Fire Wyrm and Animal Allegiance's summons; they are still powerful, but not too overpowered for vanilla enemies.

Fixed Dragonrend (armor and magical resistance debuff) and Marked For Death (armor debuff) (it turns out the effect is static throughout the duration, so I have to increase the base drain damage up to match what I want at first).

Removed Odahviing from dragon faction (being a member of dragon faction makes him immediately hostile to Whiterun guards during "The Fallen" and would break that quest).

All offensive shouts now ingnore spell absorption.
Dragonrend: removed constant stagger effect and rework armor/magic resistance draining (due to engine allowing stacking effects; with proper fortify shout effect you can stack the my Dragonrend effect up to 3 times, which will cause Dragons to stagger continously and are extremely weak). It still deals the same amout of draining damage for the the whole duration.
Kyne Peace: added restore mana effect and reduce duration to 5/10/15 mins.
Animal Allegiance: reduced duration to 3/6/9 mins.
Marked for Death: increase Armor draining damage to 15/30/45 and reduce Health draining damage to 3/4/6 dmg per sec. +Soul Tear: Word 1 now casts soul trap for 6 secs, Word 2 now casts soul trap for 8 seconds and deals 200 damage and Word 3 now has the stagger effect.
Durnehviir's Wrathman can use Unrelenting Force shout.
Removed Disarm shout from Odahviing.
Removed Ice Form shout and Ice Storm shout from Durnehviir.
Durnehviir and Odahviing now deal no damage to non-hostile targets to prevent unintended aggression.
Eternal Spirit's health regeneration is increased to 200%.
