To the guy who said skyrim community uncapper already does this, that may well be the case but this is a simple mod that does what it says. It's great for players who are on their 87th playthrough and just want to get past the initial stages of being weak much faster.
I make and test this mod without overhaul, but I'm almost sure that it work because I do just an increase of learning speed thanks to a new spell which just multipy vanilla skills value like Warrior, Mage and Thief stones.
Skyrim Community Uncapper, for the win.Why add another .ESP file to the equation?In fact, with Skyrim Community Uncapper, you can change it to whatever multiplier you want in between game saves, eliminate XP from some skills entirely, allow other skills to level up but not level up your character and change the perk points you receive on level up - much more. I played an Orc that only used 4 skills the entire game, all the rest I set the XP to 0.No Alchemy, no Enchanting, nothing - just 2-HD, Block, Heavy Armor and Smithing.
