So far as I can tell, this actually works fine with 'Open Cities'.

Even all these years later, I still use this on AE. It doesn't feel right without it.

This requires permission from the original modder. Would love to see it done personally, but horrorview has been MIA from the modding scene for what seems like forever now.

Looking at these pictures makes you realize how bland and lifeless Skyrim's digital color palette is. It's like Bethesda is deliberately aiming for the Soviet ''aesthetic''. In Oblivion, Morrowind, and even Daggerfall, everything was bright and colorful, so what the hell gives, Bethsoft?

The dirt road is grey even though the image above shows it as a more orange/brown. This is not a conflict, the file wrstonefloor02 is a grey looking dirt road as well.

    LORE-FRIENDLY UNREALISTIC NOT LORE-FRIENDLY
    Funny, the tags were contradictory.
Actually this is lore friendlier according to some, because some think past people actually make their buildings bright and colorful. They look weathered because they found in ruins.
Used to love to put this back in Skyrim because i am annoyed to see how weathered the buildings are along with the whole desaturated colors compared to Oblivion's Cyrodiil. This works in SSE.

I believe the reason Whiterun and some other hold capitals are weathered and desaturated is because Skyrim is a less wealthy region of Tamriel than Cyrodiil. It is also plagued with problems. The dead are coming back to life, dragons are reappearing, there is a Civil War raging on (even though it doesn't really seem like it) to name a few. Idk, those are my thoughts at least.

This works in SSE?  How about SAV?  mmm...  I love this mod; I wish someone would port it...  We shall see.  What happened to Sexy Riften, Winhelm and all the other Sexy mods?

Yes it works but you must convert from LE format to SE format. NifScan + SSE NIF Optimizer.

This works as-is in SSE. Why use NIF Optimizer or NifScan if there are no meshes in this mod?
