I've heard though, that the standard version of "The Notice Board SE" already adds a Notice Board to Solstheim, so you might want to disable that, if you haven't already and it is indeed there.
I'm not sure, I haven't actually tried SSE yet. But the original version of the Notice Board required SKSE and as far as I know, the SSE version doesn't, so there might be differences in the scripts.
Yes, the patch at the original mod just uses Skyrim quests and redirects you back to Skyrim.
My patch has new quests for Solstheim Island, so they won't point you back ti Skyrim. It also adds some quests which are more Solstheim themed (kill Reavers, kill Rieklings, etc).
In the description, you said you have to remove some quests because they don;t work in Solstheim. Does that mean they are no longer available in Skyrim as well? Or only Solstheim?
