If you mean you want to uninstall the texture, you just have to remove the fxfluff.dds file from Data\textures\effects\ in your Skyrim folder. Or you can just use NMM to install and/or uninstall.
Right click on Skyrim in your steam library and click remove local content. And if there are any files left, delete those from your steamapps folder and from your Documents folder. PS: If this is a troll, I do have the right to report you you know.

Oh I understand now. It's quite easy to remove those. Just download my mod, open the fxfluff.dds file using GIMP or Photoshop and just delete the texture. Save it as a blank dds file. Just paste the file in data\textures\effects\. It'll be removed from the game then.
I tried to retex the potato plant, but those didn't turn out so well. I'm doing a moss replaced (Just found some great moss pics), an ivy replacer and currently replacing the red mountain flowers with rose bushes. Of course I've only started on the third one, so if you're doing any of those, tell me and I'll stop. What are you working on currently?
