    i think the red´s to light, it should be darker, as there are muscles and not just blood and the bone should be there too... but else nice idea

    Not a bad idea, but definitely need to shrink the file size and resolution.Also, you really need to choose something that enhances the realism, like actual bone, and tissue.Maybe use some anatomy resources as a base. Basically recreate what Bethesda did, but with more detail, while remembering to minimize performance hit.

    You have to understand some things first, before you make such large textures.

    When you open a dds file, have you ever wondered that there are many pictures in diffrent resolutions?
    This is because the game mechanic is scaling the needed texture size from the dds.
    From far away it will choose the small resolution to save memory space.
    If you get closer to the object, a higher resolution will be chosen.

    Unless you are not playing on a 4k resolution (4 times bigger than full hd) and zooming into the "Decapitationgore texture" you will never see the full 4096. Such a big texture on such a small object is just a waste of memory and making the game running slow.

    I highly recommand to use a smaller resolution.
