lawls, I'll have to download it now. so I can hear if it happens might be a fun little side thing xD
Edited Later That did not happen for me, ---i downloaded this, and gave myself the weapon and equipped it , and I didnt hear any music coming from it , before I disable and deleted it
dude its awesome design i love it...there is a but....for the immersion im using Crosshair-aligned mod and your crossbow doesnt fit can u make a bit adjustments? ofc u dont have to but its a request :) it cant that hard i suppose...
A very beautiful and rather lore crossbow (although the price of assembling weapons and ammunition is prohibitively underestimated). The main problem is different, the author of roofing felts accidentally, and possibly deliberately set a monstrous bonus to critical damage.TES5Edit shows 545 !!!(original crossbow only has 9) at 1.5% (instead of 1%) surcharge.Hence the imbalance of this device. You can fix it manually, but this is a known (intentional?) bug. I apologize for my English, I write through a translator.
It should be okay to download and add any armor/weapon files from Oldrim Nexus, as long as they don't require body/anim mods (XPM, CBBE, UNP, etc.) or special scripts. The only teeny-tiny problem is data edits related to the items that may take a few seconds to fix in the CK, but even then isn't going to impact your gameplay in the slightest. I tried this before with some Billyro weapons, which as far as I know don't normally have any complex scripting (correct me if I'm wrong; I'm not very familiar with the CK). They were fully craftable, upgradeable, and playable. Even had them on a few of my followers and it didn't cause any glitching as far as I could observe.
To reiterate, it's perfectly fine to download this and other weapon mods like it that add new content but don't really add scripts.
