Hey, first you need to download this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53271 then you need to open CK and edit the CustomVLFormWings.esp. Select "All" (is at the bottom in filter tab) and in search bar write in "customvl". Open "CustomVLFormWingsArt" and in "Model" click "Edit" and select your .nif file, stored under "Data\Meshes\[Anton] mods\Animated Dragon Wings\..." . By default is selected "Data\Meshes\[Anton] mods\Animated Dragon Wings\_Alduin.nif". Another way is to create a zip file that overwrite "Data\Meshes\[Anton] mods\Animated Dragon Wings\_Alduin.nif" with .nif file that you like

Hello! I've seen your video and i already did something like this on oldrim by myself but some time passed and i lost my files and now i'm on special edition trying to work this out. I've converted every .esp with ck, followed your steps on the tutorial and converted the .nif files (for the armor i'm using Lustmord btw) but every time i try to test it all i get is a black screen and nothing else. any tips? thank you very much.

Yes, you do still need Animated Dragon Wings by Anton0028.
This only makes an addition to the vanilla Vampire Lord Armor (transformed) to use Alduin's wings from ADW. It does not include the meshes, textures, or anything else they need from it.
I managed to get my vampire lord fully customized, and all is looking great. Only problem is when my PC transforms, she is incredibly tiny. Like half the size she normally is. I've been searching through the CK to fix it, but I haven't had much luck. Does anyone know where the scale for the vampire lord is in the Creation Kit?
Edit: Nevermind. I found it. For anyone else with this problem, open the CK with the vampire lord replacer, and go to races in the Character section. Find vampirebeastrace and their scale is located body data tab of the new window. Mine was oddly set 0.8. It should be 1.0. A mistake on the original authors' part, I guess.

your plugin -> under race -> female height youll see 0,80000 change it to 1,000000
