I just want to say, I appreciate your vanilla retextures. I enjoy using grass on steroids, and your work makes grass much more pleasing. Thanks

I have downloaded this mod a month or so ago, and it didn't work. Flowers were the same vanilla as they were before. So I uninstalled this mod. But today I installed it again, and same thing, flowers were vanilla style. I tried everything, but nothing helps. I'm using SFO (without grass) and I think, it's nothing to do with this mod.

Wow! What an improvement! Thanks for your work!

Just one thing: I've noticed that the original texture doesn't come with a normal map so I am not sure if your normal map is even used.

Can you make a 128x128 version?

Why would you need a 128x128 version? Even the default vanilla version is 512x512. If you really need a smaller resolution version, I would recommended the Optimizer Texture mod. You can find it right here on the nexus. Just resize down the textures dividing by 2 height and width.

Or, buy a video card..'on-board-video' really doesn't do Skyrim justice..

(for those without a 'Sarcasm Meter' , this comment would have registered..barely.. )

I suspect these cover different plants, but wanted to ask if this would work together with Field Grass 01 with dandelions 2k by Pandora http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/67798/? or would there be a conflict.

There probably wouldn't be any conflicts. These only cover fieldgrassobj02.

Part of the flower is beautiful My advice, remember, if you want us all to help in the 'beautification Skyrim', do not rush and do a full plant, the effect will be even better, that is: Long lzielone leaves, you do not need to do exactly the same place, meshes Bethesda allows you to reduce or slight enlargement, you can add, for example, only two green long leaves, it will work, here is just your creativity if you do a complete plant, you will not need to fix this !) I'm very happy, good job

I'm using Photoshop CS6. I use the Nvidia Photoshop Texture Plugins for importing and exporting the dds files and Nvidia NormalMapFilter for normal maps. I use the invert Y, 4 sample filter and Alpha Channel. height source. After making the normal map, I use the normalize only filter to complete the file.

I have not tried in Photoshop to make a normal map, I do in Gimp, or any other, wait, do not quite understand what gives normalize only filter?

I haven't used GIMP much before. You can find the normalize only filter from the NormalMapFilter menu. It's in filter>Nvidia Tools>NormalMapFilter.

Yes, I found you select '' normalization '' and save as normalmap, right?

Is GIMP better for doing textures? Does it have a learning curve? If it's better than Photoshop I'll have to give it a try. (Been using PS for years though)

when it comes to normal map, Gimp is unmatched, I would not recommend to do textures, recently I noticed that tweaks colors, Photoshop is the best for me, fast channel Alpha, fast selection, excellent color reproduction, as do the texture of the PS have the same appearance the colors in the game, Alpha Gimp is a hassle (selection) because I use Gimp tyllko to normalmap, this is great, but only with the addition of Insanebump!)
