I know this is a year early but I've had weapons I couldn't use anymore because the damage was too low even after tempering. I had no idea you could change them in TES5Edit. Thanks so much!!!! Love your weapons by the way, I'm planning on using a few more.
Really pleased to see this knife! There are so few decent dagger/blades available and this is a beauty. My only "complaint" is that it looks a little modern for Skyrim, but that's hardly a serious worry. If you want to make an old man very happy (lol), could you put together a small collection of (say) five daggers modeled on actual 12th century daggers? Images of them are easy to find via Google; though I've no idea how difficult it is to reproduce actual weapons. I tend to play a lot of magic-based or thief-type characters which is why I made this selfish request :-D I refuse to arm them with anything more than a dagger! For a strange reason, this dagger has the ability to kill enemies afar. It's range is larger than that of saws of Medics in TF2, and believe me that that is some bloody range. Any ideas why it could be so? In case it's intentional, can I get a scoped version of the knife? Otherwise the model is really nice looking, as always with your weapons.
The knife has a reach of 0.7, which is the same as all other daggers. I'm not sure why the range would be messed up, but maybe a mod conflict of some kind?
Maybe, I have been cleaning out my mods, so maybe I will see if it fixed anything. It is also possible you forgot to seperate 0 and 7 by the decimal point and basicaly made the range to be 7, but what do I know.
It might have been a script mess up with some mods I had, but its okay now... But still, i think it would be a fun thing to make.. .a scoped dagger that has a range of 7...
I've been looking for a weapon like this for my nightblade/assassin for some time. simple, effective, and still imposing. Thank you very much for this.
