I have same issue but I found the solution by open the plug-in through teet5edit and the quest is delivery items so the I'd quest is manny_up_di. I type command sqs manny_up_di then saw the quest are stage 10 so I skip to 20 by command type setstage manny_up_di 20 n proceed to delivery.
Here is my problem. I took the quest "Find a steel plate armor and etc. for Avulstein Gray Mane". I have the items, but he's invisible although the white arrow marks his position right in front of me. He can't be selected. Neither in nor inside his home. I've finished the quest about his brother. What do I do? Thanks in advance.
