To those who never tried, yes this mod works perfectly fine with Special Edition. Do the manual download then to get Vortex to install it for you just drag & drop the mod folder into the correct position at the bottom of the Vortex mod menu. It's that easy. Enjoy.
Doubt there'd be a special edition port, but it shouldn't be hard to do it yourself (Unless you've zero XEdit experience.) He mentions what he did to make it work in the desc, just remove the tail slot from the cloak armor
Fairly simple concept and execution, works fine as long as you don't mind the clipping issues (Something all beast race players just learn to live with until we get a TES game at a time where dynamic moving tails would be commonplace enough of a technology for Bethesda to bother with it.)
