Stained glass windows were used by the Catholic Church in Medieval Europe, yes, but unless you don't put christian figures in the glass then it is totally lore-friendly to TES since The Empire is the one producing these arts in Cyrodiil and you can actually see some of them in Oblivion.
Thank you for your work, I'm also using Inconspicuous Art in Skyrim (I merged this one into it in MO), Ingots and the Solstheim Landscape and Furniture.
Hey Langley02 just wanted to say thank you for letting all your texture work on Bethesda.net, it's close to vanilla feel but improved in a lot of ways, really appreciate it!
this is sooo awesome! please make ALL the windows stained glass! I remember in oblivion the sheogorath expansion had stained glass in all the buildings of the cities and it looked great! skyrim would look amazing with stained glass windows! like really simple religious ones for towns and villages and really unique looking ones like these in whiterun. oh my god im just so into the idea of all the windows being replaced with stained glass ones in skyrim! do it! take all my money's and do it! please please please!
my only problem. light has to shine through them otherwise whats the point? I cant really see through them either? but that's a nitpick. they could be solid as long as light shines through them and is a bit of a different color than average lighting coming through windows. like rainbow or just a darker shade of yellow. that would be cool. or if behind the window in dragons reach by the stairs wear you capture numinex instead of a brick wall a lantern behind it to illuminate the great porch/give an excuse for light to shine through it in a spectacularly epic way.
Absolutely stunning. I love it just as it is and wouldn't change a thing. The only issue is my Dragonreach is no longer called Dragonreach but some symbols and something along the lines of Aoaeiiee Ioaaae. At least that's kind of how it looks on my screen. But the place looks great.
