   The mod page has been down for weeks. :(
   It was working fine with current version SE before I redid my mods. Does anyone have a copy they could share..?

      I know this original comment is almost two years old but I wanted to respond in case anyone else comes to this page with the same problem: if you don't have open office, there are free word processors online that can open this file. I recommend downloading the libreoffice suite, which is free, and can open this file as well as fulfill any other word processor needs you might have. I've been using it for several months now and haven't run into any problems.
