load her facegen in nifskope click her hair expand hair click BSLightingShaderProperty scroll down, find Hair Tint Color right click -> color -> choose
Thank you so much for this beautiful girl follower. Whenever I start a new game, I take her off to Riften and marry her, then we get on with the rest of the game together. I used to have 6 or 7 followers, now I only have one - this one. Lanya is the prettiest follower of any game I've ever played. There's something very special about her. I'm using the younger version.
She seems stuck where you find her. I found her in Hall of Dead (Whiterun), recruited her then did that simple get lost amulet quest there, but she never followed me in. When I came back out she went thru the animation of running from the door to her initial spot. She also hasn't followed me out of the Hall of the Dead. I do have some other mod followers (but none with me at time) and using AFT. I can trade, view her stats and such with AFT; hmm wonder if because I used "dismiss but hang out here" action with previous follower maybe culprit.
Edit: Don't know what was wrong with previous save, but she's working fine now.

One question, how to change the hair colour in TESVEdit? I can't find the values to change, only "HCLF - Hair Colour" but changing that has no effect.
click her hair
expand hair
click BSLightingShaderProperty
scroll down, find Hair Tint Color
right click -> color -> choose
Edit: Don't know what was wrong with previous save, but she's working fine now.
