CACO version 2.1 is now available. While this is primarily a bug fix update, we've also incorporated the meshes from Impulseman45's Lepidoptera of Skyrim. Assuming you were previously using version 2.0, updating to version to 2.1 should not require a new game. Please see the changelog for full details of the changes.
While we don't plan to further develop kryptopyr's mods on LE going forward, I expect to release one or two final CACO updates later this year to address any unresolved issues, which may include some additional new content.
Can anyone give me some pointers on how to modify the chance of fennel and mugwort seeds showing up in vendor inventory and world containers? In well over an in-game month I've been able to find a whopping eight samples. I just want to slightly boost the chances.
Hello, is there a pdf for the functionalities of this mod? There are plenty of ingredients that I'm unfamiliar of where I'm supposed to get them such as fertilizers. I can't seem to put anything as fertilizers which is a shame.
Sorry, no PDF. There's quite a bit of information about the ingredients in CACO Ingredient Data spreadsheets linked in the sticky post above. As far as fertilizer goes, the following items can be used (if you're familiar with the CK or xEdit, you could add additional items to the flPlanterFertilizerItem [FLST:979F49A9] formlist).
Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask, but my search engine skills are slightly diminished today for reasons that will become obvious with the rest of my post. ^^; Basically, I've discovered that the full screen visual effect (purple-y, blurry) caused by taking Skooma is a migraine trigger for me and basically makes me feel motion sick, for lack of a better description. Since CACO is the only mod I have that edits Skooma, I was wondering, is this caused by CACO adding the "dunSleepingTreeDruggedAlch "Drugged" [MGEF:000E3CBB]" effect to Skooma? It's been so long since I've had a vanilla setup (as in, I first played Skyrim on PS3 lol) I can't remember if there was such a visual back then, and squinting at the wiki hasn't been helpful with my current headache. XD If so, would making myself a custom patch that removes this effect be all I need to do? As always, thanks for the awesome mod and any advice you can give. :)
edit: using the SE/AE version if that matters, but accidentally posted in the wrong forum x.x
No worries at all about posting in the wrong forum. :)
You're doubly correct. Those visuals are caused by that effect and you can remove it via a custom patch. There's a handful of other drinks which that effect are applied to either by vanilla or CACO, so I imagine you'll want to remove it from them as well. - FoodDrugWindhelmDoubleDistilledSkooma "Double-Distilled Skooma" [ALCH:0003F4BD] - FoodDrugFreeformAngasMillKordirsSkooma "Kordir's Skooma" [ALCH:00057A7B] - TGTQ02BalmoraBlue "Balmora Blue" [ALCH:000DC172] - DLC1RedwaterDenSkooma "Redwater Skooma" [ALCH:0201391D]
How can I get beeswax to make the enchanting table in Hearthfire? I've been to the cooking pot and alchemy table with a honeycomb but nothing has popped up.
I can't make this mod working, i've install the necessary mod, and the ordinator patch, when i install CACAO, MO2 ask me if i want to extract the BSA archive i tryed both and no matter the game won't lauch, MO2 lock itself as usual but the game dosen't start and MO2 go back to being unlock.
Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it ?
Are you playing on Skyrim SE or classic Skyrim? This is the mod page for classic Skyrim, and if you try to run this version on Skyrim SE, typically the game won't launch (as SE can't read the older BSAs). CACO SE is available here.
Lingering damage undead poisons wont work anymore. I dont know why. I tried de activating odin and ordinator but nothing seems to work. I will try the older version I had to see if it works
Edit: It didn't work with the older version. I'm screwd
2° edit: I've found a solution to this problem. it seems like JS Emissive Eyes was conflicting with CACO somehow. Putting it below JS Emissive Eyes solved the problem.
I no longer find Hearthfires items like locks and glass in barrels. Just tons of unwanted food items. Did you replace ALL barrel contents instead of just food barrels?
