This is my first ever upload, forgive me if I've missed anything.
Required mods to get the same look:
SKSE
RaceMenu
Succubus Race
KS Hairdos - Renewal
Mikan Eyes
Installation:
The preset will be named "Lillith.jslot"
Make sure it goes here for a manual install:
"Skyrim\Data\SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Presets"
If it doesn't exit create the folders.
Note: Be sure to select succubus as your race, select female, then load the preset
