Now, while in-game, open the console with Tilde (`), and type "bat NoBounty" (without the quotation-marks), the weather will clear up instantly - revealing you are "in the clear", meaning, NO BOUNTY ANYWHERE. (Also gives you the money to clear any bounty.)
Well, it's not that I don't appreciate the effort, it's just that this mod adds nothing new. The console is easy to use and there's nothing stopping you from alt+tab'ng from your game to a list of codes.
Guys .extract the txtfile and place it in the skyrim root folder .whilst you have the game running, press the tilde key [(`)top left of the keyset, above the left tab ] .then type in bat boost .Then presss the tilda (`)key to exit the console .your perks etc will be applied

One of the perks is a unbreakable lock pick. Im still on my first one at level 35.
