Doubt it. All the spells this adds are unique, so another mod wouldn't affect them. Had I based them on vanilla parts then maybe, but I didn't want to affect the vanilla game, just add to it.
I know but 216 is a bit too much for a lighting spell, specially when not playing mages. It's 12 points into magicka. Maybe 120~150 would be more balanced and usable by other classes.
That's because it is. I made both, this is a more updated version. And since I'm lazy I copypasted most of the description because I'm not good at making descriptions. The lights are softer/less-saturated, have more range so you can be further away and have varied brightness, and just generally better for screenshots. (and I just liked this name better xD)
I even made a comment on the other mod directing people here Not sure if I'm going to take down the other one though, in case people like the increased saturation/reduced range.
