Interesting mod idea but it may be lacking. I would suggest changing the "rebuke Undead" to a major power and instead of just being a clone of the reanimate corpse spell, make it something that could instead enhance your currently reanimated minion(s) with bonus damage and damage resistance.
Also I noticed that there's no racial passive. You could add something akin to what the other races have like cold or disease damage resistance or I would give it 50% bonus to the duration of reanimated undead.
I have'nt downloaded this. But it should'nt be any problem to use Racemenu + some hair mod like Apachii's and a vanilla race improvement mod to make them look better.
I have Racemenu installed but I disabled it for the screenshots. Unfortunately, the same eye color and hair style problems are still present with Racemenu.
