i can remove the textures to make them "invisible" but if anyone wearing the armor gets bloody the blood covers where the squares used to be. this really ruins it for me, but you might be ok with it. also https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64424 has surcoats with the alates "squares" removed
It looks like tearing happens because of the character weight issues. When character has the lowest weight, there is no tearing, but armour doesn't shows up properly in the first person view. It only works properly with the highest weight. Hope you can fix it, if you're still do the modding.
Heys im using the Jerusalem armor, and im getting a first person bug where the screen goes all fuzzy like an old tv, going back to 3rd person works fine and everything is normal after that. I wanted to bring this to your attention because this is the 1.1 version of the mod. Thank you for this amazing mod btw! I love the look! wish you'd come out with another batch of surcoats! and kite shields to match!
Excellent mod. Well done, mate. I'm having the first person bug too. I think I've encountered it before when making armour but I can't remember how to fix it. You should fix it, though. If I figure it out I'll add an edit.
