View as plain textMaster-file converter is a tiny but very useful for modder`s program that converts .esp files to .esm and back only in one click. To convert just simply select a file in the dialog box. The program is autonomous, work from any directory, as well as defines the installation directory of the game, opening a data folder to select files.
