Just a heads up to anyone trying to use this mod - the download is named .rar but actually is an uncompressed .esp. Just rename the file replacing the rar extension with esp and drop it in /Data (NMM or manual) or create a /Mods folder for it (MO). Also note that going through the file in TES5Edit shows that it needs cleaning, and will delete all the spiderwebs in the game. After realizing it sits right where Blackmoor from Legendary Cities is I decided to not even test it, so I can't comment on how it is in game.
