Really awesome house, I don't really have anything negative to say about it (the hidden stuff of all kinds was kind of weird, but I can just shut the closet and forget about it), I especially love the farm/stables outside. BUT I can't play it since it's incompatible with Wintersun. :( The altar of Magnus clips right into the side of the house, and becomes "hollow".
The note didn't describe it, just said the accommodations were ready and there is no home that I can find. Please advise. Would very much like to try it out. Thanks
The home has a marker that one can fast travel to if they desire. It is to the east of Markarth. There is a picture of the map where it is in the mod authors pictures.
Just thought you all should know, thought the author and myself do not know each other, he named this house after a word in the Dragon language.....MY last name!.... WHO would have thought my name would be in there...so what does that say about me...am I ...DRAGONBORN? Too bad no real dragons to find out... Thanks again Rooster. This home really is me!
Still my favorite and most complete player home ever (just still wish all areas were one cell) but I noticed one thing missing from the initial display room in the hall below... there is a place for the dragon priest dagger but not for the dragon priest staff and I could not find a place for the floral head wreath (looted of vittorias body along with her wedding band)
Update - Found two more things missing... for the Thieves guild questline there is nowhere to put the honningbrew decanter and a place for the spider control rod.
Also there is a bug whenever you place books on any of the book shelves they float about the shelf.
And a question, is there anyway you could change how your displays for the weapons in the hall work? I use unique uniques which give the unique weapons a new mesh but your displays use the vanilla mesh no matter what
It's easy enough to do it in TES5Edit. I've been doing that myself for my own merged Uniques thing (I use like 3 diff uniques mods lol) it just takes time and clicking.
The only problem I have with this house is one activator, one of the books says "Boethiah's Calling" when there is no such book in game. When you try to place anything there it says I don't have "Boethiah's Proving", even though I do. Then looking at it in TES5Edit it's actually looking for "Boethiah's Glory" which is a random book you can get from Urag gro-Shub in The Arcanaeum. I'm assuming it's supposed to be the Proving one?
Still endorsed, but the double bedroom upstairs , they clip badly into the wall to a point where you fall thru the world type thing and land in near entrance door Also the with the Luna weapon displays, you can display them ok, but if you take them back for any upgrades or shifting home, you lose them from your inventory, they do not go back into your inventory.. 1 main question I have , what is the incentive behind the ultimate cheat closet ?? , I mean lets face it, you wouldn't have to do any quests, since its all there =( question no longer applies, strike thru is nice ...
Hmm. Do you mean the children's bedroom on the first floor? Looking for more info so I can fix it.
In regards to the secret closet, this just for those players who want access to everything. Like the Clavicus Vile quest, I like to collect both rewards. The best thing is, if you don't want it, you get to completely ignore it!
Kotin Rift is not working again, Tried using console to remove and re-add it. doesn't work then either. Think you're missing a script, but I'm not a modder, hopefully it's an easy fix not that big of a deal for me i'll just Fast Travel when i want but it would be nice to fix it when you get the chance. -------------------------------------------- Enter home Read "Revak Rift" "Kotin Rift was added" *scroll through spells* -no Kotin Rift- player.removespell (spell ID) player.addspell(spellid) No Avail. On a clean install in a new playthrough, I started with the newest version 7.1b. The misbehaving mannequin was upright at last. However, even though I got the message that Kotin Rift was added, it was not in my spell list. I tried adding it via console, was told it was not added - removed it via console then was able to add it - but it still didn't show in my spell list.
To make a long story short, I had to install the basic version 7.0 to get the Kotin Rift spell actually added but non-functional, then uninstall that version and install 7.1b which made Kotin Rift functional, but that misbehaving manny was still misbehaving (because of the data in the save I assume). So I tried disable then enable, then finally recycleactor, on the mannequin NPC in console to get it standing upright. But when I saved and reloaded, while the mannequin was still upright, Kotin Rift was gone from my spell list.
UGH! Somehow this spell lost the sorting characteristic so when it was being added, it had no place to go in your inventory. Fixed this and it will now appear under Illusion. Update soon.
Also, when you get the bugs with the spell worked out, You should take a look at the auto sorting feature, another house mod (Morkson Estate) has an amazing one that works well better then yours. I love the idea of the auto sorter and maybe Elianore would let you borrow her code for it?

Hope that helps

He just used the quest name instead of the book name "boethiahs proving"
