Another thing, if you have something like Immersive armors or wet and cold, load into your save, save the game, quit, and then install it. That'll over write their current armor, hopefully.
The only thing I'd suggest changing would be to switch the Pale armors from Leather to Scaled (or Hide), so as to more easily differentiate between the Pale and Hjaalmarch. Other than that, this mod is perfect for me.
The reason I didn't change the stormcloak armor is because it is Labelled "stormcloak" so it kind of makes sense to keep them in the main stormcloak city. I didn't change the solitude stuff too much either. I only gave it the imperial helmet and kept everything else. I might do something though. And I really like your pictures, but I'm going to have to sit on them for a while, I'm not sure if I want to add them or not.
Whoa... they actually got through? All eighteen? The little circle just kept circling and circling, I wasn't sure the pics were uploading properly or not. After about half an hour, I just exited. This is actually the first mod I've ever really commented on (or added pictures) so I wasn't sure what was happening. Newb.
You should have made it the complete armor set instead of making everything but the armor (insert text here). Other than that, I would download because I've gotten so used to the guard's armor and it's ugliness I have a seizure everytime I go into a city!
Well I always really liked the chestpiece of the guard armor, and I personally think the combination looked really cool which is why I uploaded It. The only exception to this would be maybe dwarven armor. Remember, this is the first mod I ever uploaded that I actually play with, and I've uploaded quite a few. (not on here, on the steam workshop, I've made like 2 here) so I don't think I'm going to change it. I might, on the other hand make an alternative version.
I agree, I prefer the original version (for all holds, Markarth included). It's nice to see the vanilla guard armors. Besides, for those of us who use mods like Populated Skyrim, for the alternate version it's sometimes hard to know if you're looking at a guard or at an adventurer.
This could actually be an excellent replacement for Omega's armor gallery distributor, since it uses vanilla assets instead of modded ones. Something to keep in mind for anyone who wants a bit more variety in their guards. Of course, this does result in the guards of certain holds being far better-equipped than those of others, but that's a tad more realistic in my opinion.
