Hey, I got the mod from the General Stores link - Niires Hjerim (I guess it was a different author). Are you going to make yours like he made his? Because his was really cool except 1 thing... The secret room. He put the smithing stuff and General Stores in there but put a weird wardrobe cabinet in the way of the one that was already there and you could not get in it.
Have you seen that mod? I have it installed and now I'm kind of sorry I did because it says it's a big hassle to uninstall it and I might end up messing up my game. Anyways he put another secret room across from it with an alchemy/enchanting lab with General Stores in there, which is nice. He could have added more of a green house in there, maybe you can add that yourself, if you are still working on your mod that is.
