I have to agree, the image is too far away to really tell if this is an improvement. It could be. It's not blowing anyone away, it's different though, and not bad looking.
There are console commands that are really helpful for developers. And really helpful for screenshots.
I'm sorry but it's hard to see a difference because the two images are taken differently. Can you take a before/after screenshot at the same spot? It shows the difference much better then.
