I've been using this for a long time on LE and decided to port it to SSE. I used the Cathedral Assets Optimizer (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/23316), checked the "Necessary optimization" box for the meshes and textures, and repacked the .bsa. It works perfectly in my game (I'm using the CBBE, No Heels option).
I have no idea how to port this or anything to SSE. Is it possible to post the SSE ver to nexus? I hope so because I love this armor. Also I can not find any chests anywhere! Please help.
I like this. Full plate armor had numerous pieces like this. Now i am no armor expert but i love the effort to make some armor that is actually protective instead of bikinis.
I had the same problem most are saying on here. I found if I use the unp model I have to use unpb armor. I am currently using this and no problem what so ever. Dont know why, but it happen when I use TAWOBA. Give it try and make sure you follow the mod authors directions.

This armor is gorgeous, and though I did have the same UNP issue other people reported - with the main armor (not the chainmail) crashing the game - so long as I stayed with the chainmail it seemed perfectly fine. That being said, I've decided not to use it for 1 reason - it takes up WAY too many equipment slots. I appreciate that the author wanted to give you options, but to wear the full set I lose my earrings, cloak, left hand ring, backpack, and I'm not even sure what else. I could live without the jewelry, but since I use Frostfall, losing my cloak and backpack are deal breakers. It's a shame, because it really is a beautiful piece of modding, but when this one mod takes up the slots for at least 3 others...
