No clue if you are still updating or even reading the forums, but figured I'd drop a line.
Love the mod if it worked as advertised... Unfortunately, after installing everything as per usual, the added perks do not have any effect on my draw rate or movement with a bow. I have tried after PerMa but before the patch, and when it did not work, reinstalled it after the patchus maximus. No effect. After, I tried to manually re-add the perks via console and the spells related to the perks when able, and still no dice. I dislike how limited in abilities PerMa regular was, but it's pointless to spend perks on things that have no effect.
Note: I had this problem both using and not using "PerMa Perk Tweaks"--though PermArchery was always loaded last in all trials--and I have no other mods affecting the human perk tree (Royal bloodlines for VL). I can't think of any other conflicts.
