As far as I know there is nothing to fix (related to lanterns and Skyrim Bridges). Mod 'Skyrim Bridges' don't change the dimensions of the riverwood-bridge, it only add a roof to them.
I dont use SE, but i think you can convert the .esp with SE-CreationKit (Load the .esp and save it). You must use the non-MCM-Version (that i have currently uploaded).
This patch doesn't work correctly, the posts move but the lanterns are left floating in their original position. I spent hours trying to find what was causing this and ended up reverting to a completely vanilla game with lanterns of skyrim the only active mod to find the exact same problem. I don't know how these screenshots were taken because this does not work.
This patch ist simple; it moves the post, the lantern-thing and its lightsource of every single replaced lantern from this patch by changing their X-Y-Z-coordinates in the world. You can verifiy the changed coordinates of all these three things in TES5Edit in your own skyrim and it will work if not another MOD / .esp-plugin reverted these changes to vanilla-coordinates.
