The diffuse and normal look pretty good, but the specular and envmask look like they were just grayscaled and color adjusted copies of the diffuse map. There's still baked-in shadowing all over (which is another point I'd raise about the diffuse since that's the normal map's job), and the enviromask has non-black regions for the wood and leather.
