Q. How do i remove the neck-gap?
Open console, select Serana, type "setnpcweight 100" without quotes. Now close the console. Re-open the console, type "disable", press enter, then type "enable" and press enter.
Q. How do i update? Do i need to download both common and body files in case of an update?
No, only download the file having their version changed, that's why i have kept them separate for easy updating. If "Common Files" version changed then download that only. If body files version changed then download that only. Read the description on new file. If it says "Overwrite" then you just need to overwrite without doing anything else.
