   Does this make you level up at all or does it keep you low leveled and give you the perks?

   It`s just the normal Skyrim folder.
   So like for example:
   C:Steam GamesSteamappscommonskyrim
   
   That`s it

   very useful to test magic mods as many changes are made on expert-master perks and too many skill trees thx

    thanks dude, i already played vanilla with my Altmer till i reached level 81 and had everything at 100
    
    now i can start the game again but still have all my perks and equipment
    
    as a Khajit maybe
