.349 adds animated stars. I read the changelog and this is the only new addition. So I'm assuming the new binary still works fine as no major framework or shader overhauls occurred.
Edit: I replaced 319 with 349 in my game last night with this preset and a few others and everything works fine. When you add in the new binary, the new feature is disabled by default, but you can enable it via the in-game GUI or in the enbseries.ini file. The animated stars are under [SKY] and the new feature works fine with the default settings
I have to say I am absolutely impressed with Wintergreen ENB!. Its well balanced in all categories in particular lighting. It's consistent through majority of landscapes which admittedly is hard for any mod author to do. No weather mods or any other mods are required, this makes your ENB far more usable and easier to apply to an existing game. Well done and thanks for a great ENB, looking forward to more of your work.
Just got rid of another ENB, stumbled across yours and thought to myself: Looks fancy, give it a try. Well, it doesn't look fancy. It looks fucking amazing! Really nice preset, well done. Plus, whats the greatest about it, its so freaking performance-friendly! Endorsed and recommended. Thanks for sharing mate

It works very well, color are vivid but not too much, your nights are dark but not too much.
With little tweaking, performance is top !
As always, you made a very good work !
