Could we please get the giant.dds and giant_n.dds with the underwear removed from the texture. I.E. just skin where the underwear is. I wish i had the skill to do it myself. I'm sure many would appreciate it. I know i would ;p Thanks for the great textures.
Just bare skin like the rest on the legs and stuff, maybe a little shadow between butt cheeks is all. Creature features in More Nasty Critters has separate giant.dds and giant_n.dds for giants as well as for the falmers. They were made to match default skyrim textures so now that we are using your lovely textures they pale in comparison for the sex switch. Here i uploaded the ones from more nasty critters for the flamers and giants so you can see how they look with underwear removed.
So what's the verdict? Do you think you will be able to find some free time to do at least the giant since that is the worse of the two creatures. All that needs to be done is to paint out the little brown leather g-string on the main body you have pictured in screenshoot10 with the same color as the rest of his body. You definitely have the talent so if you could please help us out you would be awesome and if you can't your still awesome for the job done already and thanks again.
Whenever you have some time, in addition to adding your magic to the bears & skeevers, please add cows to the list. Those things look AWFUL. Bears, skeevers, & cows please whenever you have the time to work your magic on them Kajuan. Thanks!
Don't know how it could look over its own mesh. The Frost Giant does have a third eye over the forehead if I remember well. That character it is a mess.
I really like your work Kajuan. This is amazing work. I wish I could use these textures in an Automatic Variants Package. Does anyone know how to do that? It would be amazing. These are some of the very BEST monster retextures in game that I have tested and seen so far.
You could look at the path AV is using for Giants, and overwrite some of them with mine if possible. If I remember well (absolutely not sure) AV should use at least a default one anyway. Mine get the default one place.
Love your textures, troll especially is really stunning!
For this giant texture, do you think it would have problems with a mod that makes a player wearable giant armor? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71855/?Right now that's the perfect armor for my character, so, I may not use this if it's a conflict.
I guess it is safe. Checking that mod I saw it uses an esp and its own meshes and, seems, no textures. It should use the default ones, in this case mine if you have them installed. But to be 100% sure I should try it and watch that armor inside the game.
I love your retextures! I especially love your new troll texture, but this one is amazing too! I have one question, would you ever consider making a non shiny version of this Giant texture? I'm sure in vanilla it looks great, but in my ENB (Natural Lighting and Atmospherics 2) the giant looks very shiny, almost like he's made of silver. If not I understand, just hoping it would be a super easy change.
Hi Noved. In a final release I could lower a bit the spectral map, but regarding the results you're getting, still that it couldn't be enough for the enb you're using. You could try "to play" a bit with your enb settings.
