Sorry for the extremely late response, I haven't been active on Nexus for quite some time. I do not know what mod that is but if it alters the perk values then this will most likely not work.

No, my only issue is that so many people have downloaded your mod and not one of them said thank you. The sad portion of my comment was only in regard to them.A thank you costs nothing.
But then I guess courtesy is a dying art, it seems to get in the way of immediate satisfaction.
Its so hard to say thank you these days but atleast you said thank you . 13 Endorsements and 423 Total Downloads, so 13 people out of 423 "said" thank you to me...thats...sad...as you said... (Endorsement is basicly "Thank you" or "Yes i like this mod, verry good work".)
