I do not know.I already made good music menu replacement mod which i did not uploaded.Problem is that you can not upload mods like this anymore.You have to get permission from developers.I would like to make it but i am not sure that i can.If admins will allow to upload music from other games then maybe i will make Gothic 1-2 menu mods.
There are already combat,exploration music.I never noticed exploration music myself but files are there.I can not help you with new music.I can replace existed because i know path and names of songs but to add new songs/music i probably need to add new entries to some files like Sound.bsa etc.I do not know how to do that.Scripting is not my job.If someone will add new entries to Sound.bsa then i could try to add some music.
How do you replace music? I'm having a real hard time doing so. Also, can you add music (like battle, explore, cave, ect.) that doesn't replace ones already there?

Gotta pass on this. Gothic 4...if you can even call it that....was horrible. Gothic 3 was a mess too but was still better than 4, by faaaar. Gothic 1 and 2 is where it's at!! Plus, Piranha Bytes (original developer) has now gotten the rights back to the series from their old publisher (who hired another team to make the crapfest that is "Gothic 4"), so we will soon see a REAL and TRUE Gothic 4.
For now, we have Risen 2 (Piranha Bytes other game series) coming out next month. :]
