=== To start ===
Find the Imperial Scout on the road near Secunda's Kiss. If he's dead, the quest will start. It might happen, that he survives... kill him in this case.

It comes with:

=== About the systems ===
The equipment system works via chests and mannequins. If you place armor on the mannequin or into the chest, it'll be used. Remember that you need a blacksmith to replicate the armor. Same goes for weapons and ammo. 

The recruitment system will allow you to build your own army. The 3 new followers are their commanders and you can let them accompany one of them. If a soldier is not commanded to follow a commander, he will patrol the roads around Whiterun and assist you if you're near.

The prison system is based on the "Imprison Actor"-Spell. When cast on an NPC (I don't recommend casting it on an active follower) a menu with diverse options will allow you to manage him or let him free.

The economy system is based on income and cost of the various expansions of your fortress. While guards always want to be paid and sometimes equipment needs to be repaired or replaced, a market nearly never fails to create profit. Alike guards, your soldiers will only follow your command, if they're paid. Check your treasury, to see if there is gold to pay them.

The expansions can be bought from Bit-His-Tounge, but it'll take him some time to do what he's asked for. Somewhat around two or three days mostly.

Known, need more feedback: Inside the fortress the game runs slow with "HDT Phsysics Extension", currently no idea why, may be caused by beta skse
