if anyone want to know how to fix the no sleeve bug, go into tes5edit and select it, go to the gloves and remove the forearm slot from it. this also work in sse
hello from 2024, I encountered the error you wrote when I downloaded this mod in 2019, and I deleted the mod because of this error. 5 years have passed, I could have fixed this error if I was looked at the comments :) It's been 5 years but I fixed it now and will use it, thank you.
Hey um, I would really appreciate if you could reply to this because no one else seems to want to reply back anymore on the original post. Firstly, I really love the look of this armor and I want to use it really badly since I hate how the original version of the Ancient Shrouded Armor looks. The problem is that it doesn't work, my character still looks the same when I put the armor on. I understand the possibility that it could not work on the Special Edition version, but others on the original post say that it worked on SE when they downloaded this version, but it just doesn't seem to work for me. I extracted and copied the files into my Data folder and ran the game as instructed, but it doesn't work. Please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong. I'm a Khajiit character so it could be possible that it doesn't work on Khajiit's. Also, I already obtained the armor so was I supposed to install the mod first before picking up the armor?
Here comes an incredibly late reply! I am pretty sure that I can't do that since I am not the creator of the armor. I have only gotten permission to upload my version of the mod here on the nexus.
Nice. I myself just need a simple mesh and texture replacer without change the original stats or add a particular effect. The reason is simple, because i'm using Utter Unique Upgrades mod which tweaks the stats and enchantment effects of most unique/artifact items, including ancient shrouded armor.
But after downloading this file, i wondered why this mod use an .esp if it's just a simple replacer? Or that's not exactly what you mean by "simple replacer" (in other hand, what i meant is not same with what you meant)? I hope you still have time to answer this question.
It wouldn't be possible to make a pure replacer by just replacing the files since it already used the original shrouded armor assets. Had I just replaced the textures and meshes it would replace the original shrouded armor as well. I had to make new model/texture referances in the toolkit and attach it to this armor. That is why you got to use an esp

Of course m8, i just tought it updated. My fault though, i should br more descriptive. With that chance, i am using this and the Blade of Woe replacer since they was released. Thanks for that great models and conceptual designs. Both are great. I hope we can see something like these in the future.
Ah ok No, I am not the original author of the armor itself. I just made it so it just replaces the Ancient Shrouded Armor without the enchantments he made, and not placed in the Dawnstar Sanctuary like his unenchanted version do. Was something I really wanted so I went ahead and made it
