changed arrowes name from Private arrow to Burnished arrow, so it would be more "roleplay-ish"
now you can craft maximum 100 arrows at a one time
the recipes will not appear, if you don't have any normal arrows, so it will not mess up your craft menu
improved the texture of dark brother hood quiver, I think it looks better than 2.0
