I would be willing to help you with a questline for this structure. I can do some voice acting for you and perhaps maybe some concepts to help you, but I don't know how to mod. Just PM me if you would like my help regarding a possible quest.
An old snow elf magic school perhaps. Little much for my computer, but I loved it for my previous snow elf playthrough. It went well with the mod that adds snow elf dungeons all over Skyrim.
I am currently collabortating with others to create a quest line that would eventually be specific with what it is. For now I only consider it an Ancient Snow Elf structure, (Location)
