one of the best most natural looking cave pool/hot springs/whatever the heck ive found thus far in any house mod ever. its beautiful. a lot of them look too intentional or too out of place, this doesn't at all. the house itself is also nice. I do kinda dislike its in the snowy region, BUT this is one of maybe five snow homes I have out of like fifty house mods (I use them to dot the landscape its a horrible habit I'm addicted to them) so its worth it, even if I do get a lil cold, that's what a home is for.

Thank you kindly, glad it does induce those feelings and can inspire in such a way Especially seen as the whole House started because I wanted a location I could do with what I wanted to for my stories that was somewhat fitting for what I had in mind .. so glad it now has the "reverse" effect on others!

As a player home mod maker myself, I have to wonder how does this not have more endorsements? Very nice work Anataron, downloading and endorsing after the 15 minute cooldown. I think what I like most about this home, apart from the aesthetics and vampire considerations, is the location. It gives the player a reason to go where the home is located.

Thank you kindly for the nice feedback! Glad you do enjoy the Home as it is and especially it's location. I personally never expected it to even get the endorsements and especially downloads it got as it started mostly as a personal little home for my group of characters in their Storyline . In any event; thank you for checking it out and even endorsing; very much appreciated!

As I assume you are asking chrispz about that; I would recommend taking a look at his Profile's Mod Tab.

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this house
One thing that I am missing is an "housekeeper" who could tend to the house and the outside area, otherwise I LOVE it and this will be the new hoe for my char

Thank you kindly for the nice feedback! Very happy you do like the Home; even without a Housekeeper - I was considering one; but decided against it for various reasons - for one I personally didn't need it due to leaving a couple of my followers in my game there anyway; and secondly I wanted to keep the File as an ESP only and to my knowledge that is impossible with custom npc's (due to them needing a mesh and tex. file in the respective pathing to my knowledge) and using an already existing NPC for it might introduce compatibility issues I would want to avoid aswell.. Hope you still can enjoy it though!

Thank you very much for this fantastic house mod. It is cozy and lore friendly. Is this house multiple adoption friendly by any chance?

First off thank you very much for the kind Feedback; glad you do enjoy the House

Concerning Adoption/Multiple Adoptions - I rarely if ever use that Feature of the Game; which in turns means this House doesn't have the "proper" Furniture for those Features or any hook-in into the Adoption Feature (or for that matter the Spouse Feature) System at all.

While I have not tested it myself you could try / might be able to get it to work with the Spouses can Live Everywhere or Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions Mod/Mods - I have no clue what either needs to work; but in theory the Bed in the Ground Floor Bedroom "should" classify for Spouses - and the Beds below do not have any "limitations" as far as I remember - so the Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions Mod might be able to pick those up for the Kids - absolutely not sure though.

Just tried it. Unfortunately Multiple Adoptions won't work. Still this house mod is among my favourites!

It's more complicated than getting a spouse to move in. The multiple adoption mod just allows you to have more than two virtual urchins. At the very least, to get that mod to work you would need to replace the downstairs beds with Hearthfire's Child Beds. That can be done via console commands and using Jaxonz's Positioner tool to move them into place. There may be more to it than that, perhaps someone on the multiple adoption forum could tell you.

I've used Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions on two of my player homes. There is a tutorial on that mod's page to get it working. It's not difficult to implement this functionality into a player home as it is tedious. It mainly consists of setting a location for the home, so the kids know where to go when you adopt them. Using hearthfire specific beds with the pertinent keywords as well as chests and other idle markers.

What an amazing creation! It is so difficult to find just the right balance of lore-friendliness, aesthetics, and seamless integration into the world of Skyrim - particularly when dealing with player homes - and you have offered us this gem. Many thanks, Anataron. Loving the location and all the little features; I particularly like how you have made it suitable for darker characters without going overboard with the theme. It takes into account character development (gasp) and anyway it would not make sense for a true Nord (or dutiful Redoran from just over the border, for example) to advertise one's night-stalking ways Endorsed!

Given that you only use vanilla objects, this home is more remarkable. I didn't tried all of them, but enough to compare, it makes me believe this home sweet-home of yours is among the most remarkable ones around. The interior lighting has such a warmth feeling, it's perfect for great screenshots, along all those little details. Built upon your story lines, it comes out as a very practical spot for all.

    Really a great job Alex!
