I love the look of your spray. Is there a way to adapt this to RW2 for Skyrim SE? It seems they use different textures now. I would just use your wave meshes, but there is a bug in Skyrim SE that makes waves glow green. Somehow the modders for RW2 and other water mods have found a fix that involves removing specular shaders or something, and their waves don't glow green anymore. Thanks.
I pretty much tried all of them and never got a smooth shoreline. Using RW2 with SPRAY, but still... Anybody else have this problem or know a solution?
Are you using a ENB? because some will cause that to happen. Another possible cause could be your beach textures have bad alphas or normals or both. Have you tried changing them? It could also be a exterior lighting mod.
This is great. I'm using RW2 and I always hated that the water color of the waves didn't match the rest of the water. This completely fixes that issue and makes the foam and spray look much more realistic. Really nice work, thank you.
THIS IS A FREE MOD AND A NEXUS EXCLUSIVE. I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR IT TO BE SOLD FOR A PRICE OR PUBLISHED ANYWHERE ELSE. IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR THIS MOD ON ANY OTHER SITE THEN YOU DESERVE TO BE RIPPED OFF FOR NOT VISITING THE NEXUS FIRST.
Ramccoid - Is this the reason why you have hidden all of your mods?
Posting your work without your permission is a terrible thing, and I and I'm sure many others would like to know if there's any way we can help.
Please let us know if there's any way to assist you!
I've seen your comment about the site that is hosting copies of mods against author's permissions and without any credit, and I've visited the site to see there are quite a few other people's mods being hosted there, also without credit, for the most part.
I've also seen the comments thread(s) that likely contributed to you considering removing all your mods and leaving mod making for good.
Understandable, because actions such as that website and the very nature of the kinds of things people have said to / about each other in over the past weekend are about as uncommunity-like as possible - regardless of the "side" people were fighting over, or in the name of.
The whole "it's my way or the highway" attitude goes against the root concept of community which is togetherness. If I take the myopic arguments - again from both "sides" to their logical extremes - then I'm left with two mutually exclusive apparent truths:
1) We should expect nothing, but owe each other everything, and 2) We should expect everything, but owe each other nothing.
Since these cancel each other out, it reveals the truth of complexity in the real world - it is not all as black and white as some would like to make it out to be.
All of that said, I can completely understand why you considered leaving, but am very glad that you decided to return, because I always thought your contributions are so well appreciated.
I can never say it enough - thank you for sharing your work, ramccoid!
You are very welcome, my friend and very well said indeed. It's brilliant to see the passion of the community emerging and I do hope we together can built strong ties and make the Nexus the pride of the modding community.
Thank you for putting them back up for us, ramccoid - I was worried we'd lost another (really damn good) mod author. I've seen some ridiculous things over the past several days, but I've also seen an outpouring of support and concern from the community as well, and while the bad seems to have outweighed the good in several of the forums, I've been proud to see that there are at least some of us who continue to be grateful and show support without judging. The community is still here, but as is usually the case when you give people anonymity, the bad ones came out of the woodwork when something they didn't like happened. While I had very mixed feelings about the whole "paid mods" thing, I never attacked anyone, nor would I even dream of doing so because why? What purpose would that even serve? We're still here for you and other great authors, and I'm sorry you had to see such hostility from the people here. Hopefully, the good will start to outshine the bad again once people stop freaking out and arguing about everything that happened.
You are very welcome and thanks very much, my friend, for your kind response and as always appreciated. It's members as yourself which totally respect the privilege of being in the community which was playing on my conscience and it was completely selfish of me to deny you the experience of my work. I know the majority of the community are decent and respectful members but they were over shadowed by the vile, hateful minority.

RW2 has an overly aqua colored shore line, but with the patch the shore is cut off and not blended softly. They both have their pros and cons.
If anyone knows how to blend SPRAY smoothly with the RW2 please let me know.

I hope this helps, my friend.
Mine looks sharply cut off like this too!
