There's an encounter zone in your mod that is called "NoZoneZone". Does that mean that enemies that spawn outside of Encounter Zones are still deleveled? If so, that would be really cool.
Well, I hope you're not one-shotting Draugr deathlords, for instance, because this mod just enables them to spawn instead of being locked. :p
As you probably know, this mod doesn't add extra level 100 Draugr Demons to your game or something, it just fixes a game mechanic, albeit in a way with some sacrifices (making the vanilla game too hard for low levels).
Hey, All of the houses in the game should already be NoReset, otherwise nobody would dare put anything in their house because everything will just disappear.
I have changed the description of the mod. It should now more clearly describe the point of this mod.
Hey, so I can start this with a level 1 character correct? Are they all level 150 lol? If yes then how many hits do I need to do to kill a wolf or something like that?
Hey eliko007. Yes, you can start at level 1 and go to any dungeon and that won't have any permanent effect on the dungeon. You have to think about it in terms of leveled lists. Wolves are still wolves. They will have exactly the same stats at level 150 as level 1. It's the monsters that change names as you level up. Think about Draugrs vs Restless Draugrs vs Draugr Deathlord, etc.
Normally when you are level 1, there are no Deathlords, they only spawn at higher levels. But now, they all spawn them (along with all other Draugrs).
So a level list may say... "Level 1: Draugr Level 10: Restless Draugr Level 35: Draugr Deathlord" - Without Mod, enter at level 1: You only see Draugr
Without Mod, entered at level 1, came back at level 50: You only see Draugr. Dungeon suffers from level-locking.
Without Mod, entered at level 50 for first time: You see Draugr Deathlords + Restless Draugr + Draugr - - With Mod, enter at level 1: You see Draugr Deathlords + Restless Draugr + Draugr
With Mod, entered at level 1, came back at level 50: You see Draugr Deathlords + Restless Draugr + Draugr
Without Mod, entered at level 50 for first time: You see Draugr Deathlords + Restless Draugr + Draugr -
The Draugr themselves are the same level, same stats (for the majority of cases). Dungeons are harder because now there are higher leveled monsters added to the spawn list in addition to the weak monsters. So to go back to your wolf question, no, a wolf is still a wolf.
If you still don't understand, shoot me another message here and I'll try to explain it again.

I just saw your comment. I'll see what I can do.
