i like the idea but the lore is quite off if you read the books through out skyrim you will find out that in fact the imperial palace is now but a ruin so no central tower and the emperor resides in what used to be the barracks of the imperial city.
Ehh... no. Wiki says it was sacked and damaged. Not destroyed. Dexion also mentions that it's in a state of disrepair apart from all the Elder Scrolls having vanished. In disrepair doesn't mean in ruin.
for a city of that size, there should be more people on the street, i wonder how long it would take to finish/complete it, then i would download it, i don't download unfinished mod, no point to it.
This mod is a great idea. I hope this is a WIP. Entering the Temple of the one it crashed My game, and trying to go back to Solestime {sorry about the spelling} it crashed my game. No big deal. I do hope you add Divine Elegance with some nicely modified clothing. Some well placed foliage, trees, and statues, and water features would be great, The buildings look good. and so does most every thing else. Are you gong to put water under the raised roads? Each four way cross point seems to have a circle under it that could be running water, like in Whitrun. Anyway, Thanks nice mod. I hope you continue to update it.
