Hello, i've just sended a message to munozvo5 hoping he will notice it and answer. In the meantime I'm making some fixes (bookshelves) and adding something else, like an oven in the kitchen area, a couple of columns to make the architecture more"credible" , a wall outside, a recreation area with benches and statues, removed the wheat and cabbage plants and added 42 fertile soils. I understand there is still lot to do, like cleaning and navmeshing and I wont hide that i need help badly for that lol, anyway if anyone is interested just send me a private message and I will send the file with all the work done so far. Thank you in advance
I'm working on the original file so, no patches, added many mavmesh points also and i will continue to work on minor fixes like misplaced walls and such, let me know if you're interested

ok 1 For the lighting it was a little dark in some places even with the lighting mods i had, , but could do with some more warmth lighting so to speak, 2 The thieves guild display were showing for me of ones I had already found n given delving plus a couple of vex's burglary items annnd I noticed 3-4 chests bunched up behind the displays for those and awkward to get , ( another ODD SPOT) >_< 3 That still happens even with the patch 4 just to rule it out , uninstalled
( house mod is still active , not patch tho ) both downloaded with MO
Idk about that issue its like the patch wasn't loaded at all try installing it manually buy unzipping my patch and putting the esp in your Skyrim data folder
Hi..I am glad that you are making these fixes to this great house mod. I just loaded it into my game today to try out and I am drooling over it because I have soooo many good ideas for it as far as decorating it using Jaxonz Positioner lol. I use Relighting Skyrim Series for my lighting and i have to say the house didnt look to bad inside at all although i guess it could use maybe some warmer lighting effects and more shadowing. the thing that i did have trouble with is my followers. They will not follow me into the house at all..they just stand outside to the right of the house and they dont walk around the outside either.Also, on several occasions the followers went in the front door without me and then came out the side door by the kitchen..I think these are bugs or navmesh issues of some kind.I hope my comments have helped and i have heartily endorsed this patch!!
Thanks I felt the same way about this place yes the navmesh is messy at the moment. Thankfully I've been lucky so far being this is my first mod that I'm learning fast. I am completely fixing lighting first. Then I'll take a look at navmeshes. Unfortunately the mod author quit supporting it while it was still a work in progress. It is a mess in CK.

1. Lighting in the place is very dark for anyone using ELFX or RLO. (Basic Lighting Done, I am working on more detailed lighting.
I NEED TO KNOW HOW THE LIGHTING IS WITH NO LIGHTING MODS!!!
2. Displays dont seek through your inventory for the item. You have to seek it out. I plan on fixing this
3. Items on dining tables apparently fly around when character sits at table. I will look at this, and place everything.
4. Twiltic cell suffers from frame rate loss. Cell too large
I do plan on making the armory a seperate cell eventually.
5. Some display activators are either too small or off center. I will fix this.
6. Followers reported to act like slendermen lol I'll hit the navmeshes after lighting.
