Fast Comment, when alexstrasza changed his face MMox use pretty face mod and said "alexstrasza now has pretty face but a child face now" so maybe thats the mod you need to change how is look now

Does it work if i download this without the required ESPs and save the character as a preset through showracemenu?

  You need Winrar for the save.
  Then you can open the file and extract it
