I freed my camera and looked at a dragon in the sky yesterday and they were awfully blah. Am looking to keep the colors as close to vanilla in my first game but I don't mind making things more brilliant-looking. I'm hoping this mod will make me happy! Will come back and endorse after I try!

I like this one more than the High Res dragons pack ^_^ Mainly since you bothered to enhance the normal maps, and i like the colors better here, not too neon. Also you bothered putting them in a proper file structure and altered more textures.
