Hello people that read this, a good way to fix the bug (at least for some people worked) is using this mod: Teeth Plus - Redone (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/56497).....
Where do I install the tri files again, the animations folder? I had to reinstall skyrim (I had to completely uninstall it because warmaiden refused to open at any time of the day.
It still works but like i said from an older comment, it isn't a 100% fix. I wonder if the author can update these files? Bethesda already stopped updating in favor for Fallout 4.
A little late answer, but it might help someone else with same problem. You do not have Winrar installed. You can find it here: http://rarlab.com/download.htm
yup... i just need to check if it fixes iriletths floating scar... dunno if anyone else have this problem but i think it is caused by NB scars: whent she talks there are doubled set of scars, one is static and one moves with facial expressions, this is more funny then annoying but i'm heading for Dragonsreach as we speak
maybe... i tryed EEO and i didn't like it, i like my elves TES style, kinda makes them differ from any other game/movie/fantasy art/etc elves but i it never crossed my mind to check on irileth while it was installed, all i know is that EEO ignores NB scars and uses vanilla... dont wanna touch my load order though, i got bunch of warpaint mods (wyldtats, etc), XCE scarface, XCE dirt and warpaint amd i finally got my load order sorted out so that i dont get any ctd's and freezes and most importan of all no more ctd's on decapoitations
Arthmoor (Team Leader of the Unofficial Skyrim Patch group) weighed in on it and described how such a thing would not fix the problem and any perceived benefit would just be a placebo effect. He researched the issue thoroughly and deduced that the issue has likely been a part of the engine since Morrowind. He theorized that it went unnoticed by developers and players alike as the engine was never efficient enough for the problem to surface, that is to say, there were always worse slow-downs and bottle necks that would not allow for this particular slow down to arise to cause a de-sync problem.
It is kind of like having fast runners running slowly alongside a fat kid running as fast as he can. The fast runners later speed up and only then do you really notice the disparity.
Needless to say the only people who can fix this are Bethesda themselves and they are hard at work on the next elder scrolls and fallout titles. I imagine had parent company ZeniMax not pulled Bethesda's funding for a number of large Skyrim DLC's to bank roll Elder Scrolls Online (which is made by a different game studio) they might have gotten around to fixing the issue.
ummmm... it's very simple... loose files take priority over packed bsa files so when there is to much stuff to load from bsa archive delays happen, there is no placebo effect - there are the files, install it and try it yourself
I have tried it. I have in the past unpacked every BSA in vanilla Skyrim and played entirely with loose files and still had lip sync issues. The delay of unpacking (unzipping) the BSA is fairly minimal, with loose uncompressed files (bsa is a form of compression very much like winzip) there is a time draw back as well due to having to lug a larger file to and from the RAM and hard disk. The difference is the BSA file has a smaller memory footprint, which means it is more stable due to Skyrim's tendency to crash with high memory usage. Well high where a 32 bit single process program is concerned.
They may take priority, but the content is identical, and thus this fix does nothing. Dartsith is entirely correct in his reporting of our findings and the fact that it's likely been a lurking problem in Gamebryo for over a decade now.
Decompression time on any CPU made in the last 15 years will be so minimal as to be undetectable during gameplay. So that's not even a factor. In fact, it could be argued that it takes the game slightly longer to notice you have overriding loose files than it would to just query its BSA file for it instead.
I am aware we all hate this, and that we all just want it gone, but there's only two possible solutions to that happening:
1. Bethesda fixes it in the engine and issues an update. Which they've already flatly said isn't going to happen. 2. Someone devises an SKSE plugin that corrects the actual cause of the problem. Which, while possible, isn't seeming very likely as more and more time passes.
*sigh* Why does Bethesda do these things? They introduce new bugs but they dump the game for the next one... The modding community can't fix these because they are engine related. I don't think SKSE can fix it. Because once TES VI comes out, people are going to abandon Skyrim for it. Just like they abandoned Fallout 3 for Fallout New Vegas. I wish they would all get equal treatment if you ask me.
well... i just finished my vegas playthrough last week... i think i had enough of the mojave for now and sadly i think that we are gonna wait a lot more for the next TES nad if it's going to look anything lik TESO my elder scrolls series ends with Skyrim
I assure you that the most of the F3 and FNV modders are still active and playing the games. And not only the modders, when I need a break from Skyrim, well there is F3 or FNV installed all the time with updated and many great newer mods for it. This three games are timeless imo.
Abandoned may be the wrong description for it, preferred would be the right expression.
i agree, but i think that gameboytj was reffering to a halt in development of these games by betheasda... anyway, i contacted betheasda with some ideas, and got a response that they are always amazed by the creativity of their fans but it's against company's policy to accept ideas from players, which is fine considering what legal issues that could cause, but i think that they need to study the nexus and nexus forums as part of develping the next TES game... and study it gooooooooooooooood... skip the TESO and ignore it as a black spot in series history and go back to dark, dirty and bloody dungeon crawling what TES is really abaout and not make another "Tamriel Disney Adventures" (TESO)
Yeah. Halted sounds more accurate for the most part. But the reason I said is because, 1 the lip sync problem with skyrim 2 the memory cap 3.1 GB 3 when was the last time FOSE had an update? (FOSE not SKSE) Why do they just stop updating a game if major bugs happen? It's almost impossible to fix bugs that are engine related unless you are a script extender master. I hope this works though, cause I don't like having the npcs go: mmmmmm mm mmm yeeargemshen *mouth expressions for a few more seconds* It just doesn't seem fair sometimes. I will try this fix out, I hope it works for me, I will load it at the bottom. It does come with an esp right?
nope,no esp... these are just 3 files that you put in meshes folder (you'll see where they go once you open the archive), it works for me and few others, i hope it works for you too
It does work. Unfortunately though, it isn't perfect. For me the delay is still there but it's is reduced by 50% so its a little more in sync with the voices.

There are three files: childhead.tri, femalehead.tri, and malehead.tri.

The files fixes lipsync problems with most of the characters.

Cause I have 70+ mods.
