   thanks ) this save file is awesome..not that I mind the wagon ride but it is nice to be able to skip it

   Please describe where it starts the player, level, any quests completed, etc.?

      The very beginning of the game before character creation, getting off the wagon. First save logged by skyrim mechanics. You'll notice every time you save a game, manually with menu screen or with command console, you will see a number next to the save game in either load-game menu or save-game menu. Save 1... :p
